Refund policy

Because our products are skincare formulations and personal-use devices, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Skincare Products

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Device (ELLIPSE)

The ELLIPSE device includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

If your device is faulty:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
• Provide photos or video evidence
• We will assess and provide replacement or repair where applicable

The warranty does not cover:
• Accidental damage
• Misuse
• Water damage
• Unauthorized repairs

Refund Processing

Once approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
