Yes. Selected products are available on a recurring subscription basis, which can be managed or canceled at any time through your account.

How often should I use the ELLIPSE device?
ELLIPSE is designed to be used three times per week for approximately five minutes per session.
Is the ELLIPSE device safe for everyone?
ELLIPSE should not be used by individuals with pacemakers, implanted electronic devices, epilepsy, or during pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare provider if unsure.

We ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Can I return a product?
Unopened skincare products may be returned within the specified return window. Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.
What if my device is faulty?
If your ELLIPSE device arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or video. Manufacturing defects are covered under the 1-year warranty.
