Refund & returns policy

ELIGIBILITY OF RETURN/REFUND

Any claims must be submitted within 48hrs after the product has been received.

There are two cases which make you eligible for a return/refund:

  1. Damaged/defective items.
  2. Packages lost in transit.
  3. You can cancel your order within 12 hours, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially during the checkout. Please allow 10-45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

RETURN/REFUND STEPS

  1. To start a refund/return request, simply reply to your order confirmation email that you received when you placed your order. in case of defect damaged items, the email should include clear images showing the issue.
  2. The package must be returned as received with all the cases and labels to the company and receipt of shipping should be sent to us.
  3. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days once approved the refund will be issued within the same day for the same payment method used when placing the order.
  4. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

NO REFUND CASES

  3. Missing items when returned.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. Contact us first.
  2. The shipping cost is not refundable.
  3. Return shipping cost will be in your expense.
