Use it on clean, dry skin at the beginning of your neck workout. Start your warm-up by gently rolling the MINE Sphere up and down your neck.
Use the MINE Sphere to massage your neck with long, smooth rolls. Using the tool correctly will help to activate your neck muscles and prepare it for your treatment.
Apply your MINE DEW,
THE EYES AREA
Gently roll the small roller 3 times around the eye socket. Start from the upper inner edge where your nose hits your brow and move outwards, roll around the top and under the eye towards the tear duct, rocking it gently as you go.
THE FOREHEAD AREA
From the center of the forehead, moving either left or right, begin at the hairline, rolling slowly towards the ear. Repeat 3 to 6 times over the same area.
THE NOSE, LIPS AND CHIN AREA
Using the large roller, work from the nose out to the ear. Continue with upper lip,
lower lip and the chin.
At the chin follow along the lower jaw line to under the ear lobe. Then repeat with
the other side.
THE JAWLINE AND NECK AREA
Starting on the chin, work from the center outward and upward on the cheeks.
Then at the center, make sweeping rolls under the chin towards the collar bone, working outwards to the sides of the neck.
Before your massage, you can apply your Dew serum. The roller will help with the absorption of vital ingredients.
The Heart can also be stored in the fridge prior to use for an extra cooling effect.
Using the upper side or ‘top of the heart’, drag the gua sha “MINE HEART” up the back of the neck using firm pressure.
When you reach the hairline, use pressing motions on the area of the neck which feels most tense. Repeat this sequence.
